Job summary

Silver Birch Living, LLC. is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to guide clinical teams across Ohio communities. The role focuses on mentoring Directors of Nursing & Wellness, leading quality improvements, and sustaining compliant, high‑standard resident care.

Expect regular travel to communities, partnership with Operations, and ongoing leadership development to strengthen clinical practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience leading regional clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guidance and regional oversight to assigned communities.
• Coach and mentor Directors of Nursing & Wellness; strengthen clinical practices.
• Conduct regular community visits and clinical audits; guide improvement plans.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and survey preparedness across communities.
• Identify and manage clinical risk; support timely resolution.
• Lead and coordinate the Insulin Administration program and related training.
• Collaborate with Operations to address community needs and drive performance.
• Travel regularly to assigned communities, including overnight stays, to support teams.
