Job summary

PeopleOne Health seeks a Medical Director board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/ Pediatrics to lead Brevard County locations. The role blends clinical leadership with patient care, including procedures and preventive services, while mentoring providers and optimizing care delivery within a direct-pay model.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-spectrum primary care to diverse patient populations.
• Ability to mentor and lead a clinical team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and value-based models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care in outpatient settings.
• Perform in-office procedures (joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, laceration repair, I&D, Pap smears).
• Promote patient-centered health and education for prevention and chronic disease management.
• Build long-term patient relationships with extended appointment times.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (clinical pharmacist, dietitian, care coordinators).
• Document care accurately in EHR and follow best-practice standards.
• Conduct chart reviews to ensure quality and compliance with care standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support value-based care delivery.
• Participate in team development and business growth initiatives.
• Attend regional physician/APP meetings with leadership.
