Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest is seeking a Senior Clinical Leader to guide Life Renewal across Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, and Hawaii. You will set standards of care, build scalable clinical systems, and lead supervisors, program managers, and site staff to deliver high-quality therapy and trauma-informed services.

The role focuses on policy development, program infrastructure, and regional collaboration within a Christ-centered mission.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, MFT, Psychology)
• 5+ years in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Experience with trauma-informed care and regulated behavioral health settings

Responsibilities

• Set clinical standards across six states and ensure ethical, trauma-informed service delivery.
• Lead clinical supervisors and site staff with consistent, high-quality supervision.
• Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, and discharge protocols with evidence-based practice.
• Track outcomes and quality metrics to drive program improvement.
