Davis-Stuart, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Administrator to lead therapeutic programs for adolescent residents on a 574-acre campus in Lewisburg, WV. You will architect and oversee evidence-based treatments within a trauma-informed framework and guide multidisciplinary teams toward clinical autonomy and program excellence.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and collaboration with executive leadership to advance regional impact and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral field.
• Active West Virginia independent license required (LGSW/LISW).
• 3–5 years of progressive administrative or supervisory experience in residential childcare or behavioral health settings.
• Valid driver’s license and clear background checks (WV CARES, APS/CPS).
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate trauma-informed treatments for adolescent residents.
• Provide clinical supervision and professional development to therapists and staff.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with WV licensing boards and Medicaid standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to manage clinical budgets and outcomes.
