Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Solutions Leader

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Potential for a $10,000 Signing Bonus Depending on Experience

Salary: $90,000 - $112,000 (includes bonus)

NATIONALLY REMOTE options OR On-site positions are available depending on the state you're located.

• Our client is looking for both on-site and remote BCBAs. For On-Site BCBAs. The work location varies on a case-by-case basis and can include the client's home, a company facility, or a community center. For On-site Clinicians, BCBAs are offered a company car or mileage reimbursement for the BCBA’s personal vehicle.
• Provide clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes
• Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
• Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes by delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month to all clients
• Develop child-specific behavior plans following the principles of ABA therapy
• Leading and maintaining staff by orienting and training team members
• Ensuring the daily functions of the team are completed by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements

Required Education and Prerequisite Work Experience

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in accordance with BACB guidelines
• Completed of 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within the first 30 days of employment
• BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
• Active state license, in good standing, when applicable
• 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
• Previous supervision experience is preferred
• Crisis management experience is preferred
• Weekly bonus opportunity is based on exceeding your clinical billable hour target of 27 hours per week.
• Additional monthly bonus can be earned by achieving the following goals:
• Achieving clinical billable hour target of 27 hours per week
• 10% supervision hours provided to all but one active client per month
• 1 hour of parent engagement delivered to all but one client per month
• Yearly tropical all-inclusive vacation for two
