Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Clinical Director BCBA in the United States to oversee clinical quality and growth across multiple regions. The role requires strong leadership of BCBA Supervisors and a track record in multi-site operations, KPI management, and expansion initiatives.

The position emphasizes guiding ethical ABA services, mentoring supervisors, and partnering with executives to drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency in center-based and in-home settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or equivalent with 3+ years leadership in multi-site ABA operations.
• Experience with center-based and in-home ABA models.
• Strong KPI management and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop regional clinical teams and supervisors.
• Oversee KPIs: utilization, supervision productivity, client growth, retention, and performance.
• Drive clinical quality, ethical ABA service delivery, and expansion initiatives.
• Support new center launches and ongoing regional growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to improve operations and outcomes.
• Implement systems and processes to optimize regional performance.
• Ensure BACB standards and funding source compliance.
• Build relationships with payors and stakeholders.
• Support audits, CEU development, and leadership training.
