Job summary

House of Hearts ABA seeks a Regional Clinical Director – BCBA in Omaha, NE. You will lead clinical quality and growth across Nebraska, building referral networks in the community and overseeing a team of BCBAs and RBTs.

The role blends leadership with hands-on clinical work, including assessments and maintaining billable hours, while upholding ethical, evidence-based ABA practice. Hybrid, in-person leadership with a focus on community engagement.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing and Nebraska licensure status or eligibility.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience in clinical settings.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to high-quality ABA care.

Responsibilities

• Grow Nebraska region by building referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, and families.
• Conduct initial assessments and maintain billable clinical hours.
• Oversee and mentor BCBAs; develop a capable RBT team.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services with best-practice care.
• Collaborate with state-wide clinical leadership to standardize quality.
• Represent House of Hearts in Nebraska as clinical and operational lead.
