Job summary

Accel Therapies is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Omaha, NE, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical care within a supportive team. In this role, you will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide mentorship while maintaining a focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
