Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with leadership and clinical experience.
• Ability to lead region-wide growth and manage operations.
• Willingness to build Nebraska access to ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Growth: take ownership of Omaha and Nebraska market expansion.
• Clinical Oversight: ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services.
• Operational Leadership: staffing, scheduling, school and referral relations.
• Build the Team: recruit and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
• Expand Access to Care: grow family access to ABA services.
• Stay Compliant & Ethical: align with BACB ethics and state regs.
