Job summary

The Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders / US Neurology Associates seeks a Multi-Site Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outpatient neurology clinics in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, focusing on patient access, staffing, and provider productivity.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of medical practice management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Experience with EHR systems; eClinicalWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinic sites, including scheduling, throughput, front office workflows, and staffing.
• Monitor site KPIs such as new patient access, no-show rates, provider productivity, and patient satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Lead referral development and community engagement to grow patient volume.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CMS, and accreditation requirements; partner with Compliance and Quality teams.
