Job summary

Maricopa County Department of Public Health is seeking a Regional Clinic Supervisor to lead operations across three regional clinics. You will oversee site supervisors, monitor performance, drive quality and compliance improvements, and ensure readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, experience coordinating across multiple locations, and a track record of developing teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish.
• An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations across three regional clinics through direct supervision of Public Health Site Supervisors and assigned staff.
• Monitors clinic performance, patient access, workflow, productivity, and service delivery across all locations.
• Evaluates operational trends and implements improvements to promote consistency, efficiency, and effective service delivery throughout the regional clinic system.
• Provides leadership, guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure supervisors effectively manage daily clinic operations and staff.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and other personnel activities.
