Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in customer service/sales support.
• Excellent typing, data entry, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office programs and database management.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to regional sales teams and clients.
• Coordinate client management and services within the assigned region.
• Assist clients with account setup, LIS user access and online ordering.
• Coordinate sales support processes and provide admin support to the sales team.
• Lead new client programs like Fresh Start and Case Management Monitoring.
