You will oversee schedules, quality checks, and client communications, ensuring top service levels while coordinating safety training and required clearances.

Evening hours may be required. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of management experience in facility cleaning or a related field, strong organizational skills, and excellent

• 2-3 years of current management experience in cleaning or related field.
• Direct supervision of 20+ employees in your most recent role.
• Ability to work evenings and after-hours as required by client facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and staff.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise 20+ cleaning associates across multiple PA client sites.
• Schedule staff coverage including last-minute fills and changes.
• Conduct site walkthroughs, customer check-ins, and quality inspections.
• Coordinate inventory, safety training, and security clearances.
• Serve as the primary client contact for questions or concerns.
• Train, mentor, and assist cleaning staff as needed.
• Monitor service quality to meet client expectations.
