Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a Facilities Janitorial Manager for our Lewisberry, PA location. You will assist with overall facility operations, ensuring superior service quality for clients and users.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing the team, vendor management, office services, safety, and purchasing/reporting. A high school diploma is required; bachelor's preferred, with 3+ years of management in facilities services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience with facilities/services or related field.
• Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with outside vendors and budgeting preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations to ensure service quality.
• Lead hiring, staff development, and performance reviews for the Facility team.
• Manage office services, vendor contracts, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and monitor performance and quality.
• Ensure safety, security and regulatory compliance.
• Manage purchasing, reporting and inventory control.
