Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact to support client relationships and service interactions.
• Own account maintenance ensuring client data is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Independently manage complex transactions and non-standard service requests.
• Ensure the integrity of client data and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and track team projects to successful completion.
• Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations to meet client needs.
• Input and maintain key client information in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Generate and substantiate reports for meetings.
• Mentor junior associates and model firm values and quality.
