H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader, Area Experience Leader, to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver expert guidance in a welcoming, confident environment. You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations while driving revenue, growth, and strong business results across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with a consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve the experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, setting clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Ensure office readiness including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
