Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset for consultative service delivery.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across locations.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools and behaviors.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviours and performance data.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and client retention.
• Ensure daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Own office readiness, facilities, recruiting, onboarding for seasonal demand.
