Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive business results while maintaining in-office presence. You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, leading with client-centric leadership and disciplined execution to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative service approach.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with consistent standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Adopt new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with visible leadership.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations, reinforcing accountability, and coaching performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real-time feedback to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns across offices, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and client acquisition/retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and office readiness.
