You will guide Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams, and ensure office readiness, staffing, and compliance across locations. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, drive revenue, and monitor metrics to improve client acquisition and retention, while aligning priorities with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices, ensuring standards are met.
• Evaluate execution quality and impact across locations to improve the experience.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to ensure consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, performance outcomes, and real-time feedback.
