Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join our safety-conscious team in Baltimore, MD. The route runs from Baltimore, MD to various locations in MD/NC/TN/NJ, averaging 2400–2500 miles per week with weekly home time.

Drivers earn an annual target of $95k–$110k with weekly on-duty time and mileage pay. Comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) options are offered after 30 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to use mobile applications and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures health and safety is the priority by following safe work practices and procedures.
• Operates tractor-trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adheres to weight limits and ensures proper unit utilization.
• Loads and unloads hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste; secures loads properly.
• Places placards on vehicle per DOT requirements.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspections.
