Job summary

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for regional runs out of our Phoenix, AZ terminal. Choose from Regional per mile or Team driver options, with a $0.65/mi solo rate and a $0.80/mi team rate.

Weekly home time and a strong benefits package accompany steady year-round freight. Potentials earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 driver referral bonus.

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Phoenix, AZ terminal. We have TWO position types open — pick the one that fits your life:

REGIONAL / PER MILE:

• $0.65 per mile for solo drivers.
• Runs 250+ miles — Western states.
• Consistent weekly home time.

Team drivers:

ask about our $0.80 per mile team rate.

POTENTIAL EARNINGS:

$70,000 – $100,000 per year — plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles.

BOTH POSITIONS INCLUDE:

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers.

YOUR TIME MATTERS:

We understand that drivers spend time doing more than just driving. Our pay is built to compensate professional company drivers for the full trip cycle — driving time, loading and unloading, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and required work related to the load.
