Job summary

MDB Transportation, Inc. is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for regional runs out of Memphis, TN. We offer two pay tiers — solo drivers at $0.65 per mile and runs of 250+ miles heading West — with consistent weekly home time.

Team drivers may qualify for $0.80 per mile. Earn $70,000–$100,000 per year plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 driver referral bonus. Benefits include dedicated dry van freight, 99% no-touch freight, weekly pay, full medical/dental/vision benefits, and W-2

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Memphis, TN terminal. We have TWO position types open — pick the one that fits your life:

• $0.65 per mile for solo drivers.
• Runs 250+ miles — Western states.
• Consistent weekly home time.

Team drivers: ask about our $0.80 per mile team rate.

Potential Earnings

$70,000 – $100,000 per year — plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles.

Both Positions Include
