Job summary

MDB Transportation, Inc. is seeking experienced CDL Class A TEAM drivers out of Phoenix, AZ, offering a $0.90 per mile team rate and a strong bonus structure. Bring your co-driver or be paired; this is a long-term position with an established carrier.

We offer a $20,000 team sign-on bonus ($10,000 per driver), a $1,000 driver referral bonus, weekly pay, full benefits, and 99% no-touch freight with company equipment and dedicated dry van freight.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (both drivers).
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience each.
• Clean driving records — reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement).

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a CDL Team on long-haul routes.
• Maintain safety and on-time delivery across assigned lanes.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for efficient trip planning.
