Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a CDL-A Regional Truck Driver (Dry Van) to join our team. Expect weekly pay ranging from $1,100 to $1,400 and mileage pay on all miles. Detention and breakdown pay apply, plus a 401(k) match and comprehensive health/dental/vision/life insurance.

Enjoy weekly home time with 5–5.5 days out and 34–48 hour resets at home. Freight is dry van with 100% no-touch freight, 70% drop & hook and newer equipment. Take the truck home during home time where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements.

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver (Dry Van)

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements
• SAP OK if step 6 is complete in clearinghouse.
