Job summary

Clean Harbors is looking for a Regional/OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Cincinnati, OH. This route runs from Cincinnati, OH to El Dorado, AR and averages 2,500–2,800 miles per week.

Drivers average $80–$110K per year with a $7,500 sign-on bonus, weekly home time, and compensation includes hourly on-duty time and mileage pay. Regular benefits, diversity, and safety programs support personal well‑being.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with at least 12 months of driving experience.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements are required.
• Ability to use mobile apps and company software.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adheres to weight limits and ensures proper utilization of the units.
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; secures the loads.
• Placards vehicle in accordance with DOT requirements/regulations.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
