• Pay based on practical miles
• $3,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 driver referral bonus
• Monthly mileage incentive of up to $0.03 per mile
• Monthly safety incentive of $0.01 per mile
• Annual safety incentive of up to $0.02 per mile
• Quarterly MPG incentive: $0.02/mi at 7.5 MPG, plus $0.01 per 0.25 MPG increase, with no limit
• Cash bonuses for clean inspections
• Detention and wait-time pay at $30 per hour, plus pay for each additional stop

What you need

• Valid Class A CDL
