Earn weekly pay between $1,250 and $1,500 (W2). Home weekly for a 34–48 hour reset, with premium trucks and robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with match.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Average: $1,250 - $1,500 (W2 position)
• Mileage Guarantee: You are paid CPM on every single mile - loaded or empty.
• Delay Pay: $20/hour for detention and mechanical breakdowns.

Schedule & Fleet

• Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-48 hour reset (typically out 5-5.5 days).
• The Trucks: Premium, assigned newer models (Freightliner, Kenworth, International).
• Take-Home: Truck can be taken home during your weekly reset where applicable.

Hiring Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean enough MVR/Background to meet DOT requirements (DUI & felony history reviewed case-by-case).
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
