Job summary

Super-Sod, a leading sod supplier, seeks a dedicated Class-A CDL Driver to join our shipping and receiving team. You will transport seed, sod and soil to customers on regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries while complying with DOT and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience in commercial truck driving.
• Clean driving record with no major or excessive violations within previous 3 years
• Must possess valid Class A CDL and Medical Card, including multi-state certification status.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Physically and mentally fit; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving.
• Deliver, pickup and relocate farm products and materials.
• Maintain required reports and safety documentation per DOT/OSHA standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report issues.
