Job summary

Super-Sod is seeking a Class-A CDL Driver to support regional truck operations delivering seed, sod, and soil to customers. You will join a safety-conscious team with a history of growth and dependable schedules.

The role stresses reliability, customer service, and adherence to DOT/OSHA standards while handling heavy equipment and operating in varied weather conditions. Competitive benefits apply for full-time, 30+ hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience in commercial truck driving.
• Clean driving record with no major or excessive violations in last 3 years.
• Must possess valid Class A CDL and Medical Card, including multi-state certification.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
• Deliver, pickup and relocate farm products and materials.
• Perform required before-, during-, and after-operation maintenance and report defects.
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment as needed.
• Maintain required DOT and OSHA certifications and company safety programs.
• Maintain property in excellent condition and support team operations.
• Take on other tasks to support the shipping and receiving team.
