Job Type: Driving

You work hard all weekyour weekend belongs to you. Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring Class A CDL drivers in North-Central Massachusetts. Run strong regional miles during the week and get home every Saturday and Sunday. Your 34-hour reset belongs in your own house, not in a truck stop along the highway.

Pay & Earnings:

Base CPM: $0.80 to $0.85 per mile

Weekly Average: $1,400 to $1,600 (Top earners clear $1,850+/week)

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Performance Incentive: Up to an extra $0.03 CPM

Detention & Stops: Stop pay starts at $20 (scales up with each stop); detention kicks in after 2 hours

Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (Mix of live loads and preloaded trailers)

Equipment: Assigned 2021 or newer late-model trucks (No slip-seating)

Weekly Miles: 1,800 to 2,200 average miles/week

Territory: Northern NC up to Maine, west into Eastern Ohio. Occasional runs outside this area to keep miles strong.

NYC Policy: NYC routes are available for extra rewards, but strictly optionalnever required.

Extra Miles: Option to stay out over the weekend for additional freight if you want to push earnings higher.
