Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring Class A CDL drivers in Central New Jersey for a Northeast regional fleet built around a simple promise: you are home every Saturday and Sunday. Not every other week, and not "when freight permits." Reset in your own home, not in a truck stop along I-95.

Base CPM ranges from $0.80 to $0.85 per mile with weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,600 on average; top earners exceed $1,850 per week. A $4,000 sign-on bonus and a performance bonus up to $0.03 CPM enhance earnings.

You work the week. The weekend is yours. Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring Class A CDL drivers in Central New Jersey for a Northeast regional fleet built around a simple promise: you are home every Saturday and Sunday. Not every other week, and not "when freight permits." Reset in your own home, not in a truck stop along I-95.

Base CPM: $0.80 to $0.85 per mile

Weekly Pay: $1,400 to $1,600 average (Top earners clear $1,850+/week)

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Performance Bonus: Up to $0.03 CPM extra

Detention & Stop Pay: Detention kicks in after 2 hours; stop pay starts at $20 and increases with every stop

Freight & Route Details:

Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (Mix of live loads and preloaded trailers)

Equipment: Assigned 2021 or newer rigs (No slip seating)

Weekly Miles: 1,800 to 2,200 miles per week

Territory: Northern NC to Maine, going west to Eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside this primary zone to keep miles strong.

NYC Option: NYC runs are rewarded with extra payavailable, but never required.

Extra Cash: Want to stay out over the weekend for extra freight? The choice is strictly yours.
