Tired of over-the-road fleets that promise home time but keep you out? Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring Class A CDL drivers in Western Massachusetts. Our Northeast regional fleet is built around one clear idea: you get home every Saturday and Sunday to do your 34-hour reset in your own bed.

Base Earnings: $0.80 to $0.85 CPM

Weekly Earnings: $1,400 to $1,600 average ($1,850+ top tier)

Sign-On Incentive: $4,000

Performance Bonus: Up to $0.03 CPM extra

Stops & Detention: Detention pay kicks in after 2 hours. Stop pay starts at $20 and scales up with each extra stop.

Load Type: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (Mix of live loads and preloaded trailers)

Fleet: Assigned 2021 or newer rigs (No slip seating)

Primary Region: Northern NC to Maine, west to Eastern Ohio. Occasional runs outside primary bounds to maximize mileage.

Weekly Volume: 1,800 to 2,200 miles/week

NYC Policy: NYC runs available with extra rewardsstrictly optional.

Optional Freight: Choice to stay out over the weekend to haul extra freight if you want to push your earnings higher.
