Job Type: Driving

Located right along the I-84 / I-90 corridor? Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers in the Sturbridge area for our Northeast regional fleet. We operate on one straight-forward rule: you are home every Saturday and Sunday for a full 34-hour reset in your own bed.

Mileage Rate: $0.80 to $0.85 CPM

Weekly Earnings: $1,400 $1,600 average (Top earners clear $1,850+/week)

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Performance Bonus: Up to an extra $0.03 CPM

Additional Pay: Detention pay starts after 2 hours; stop pay begins at $20 and increases with every stop

Freight & Route Details

Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (Mix of live loads and preloaded trailers)

Equipment: Assigned 2021 or newer late-model rigs (Strictly NO slip seating)

Weekly Volume: 1,800 to 2,200 miles/week

Territory: Northern NC up to Maine, west into Eastern Ohio. Occasional runs outside this primary area to keep your miles high.

NYC Option: NYC runs available for extra payout, but strictly optionalnever required.

Weekend Miles: Option to stay out over the weekend to pick up extra freight if you want extra cash.
