Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking qualified tractor-trailer drivers to support expedited freight services across the continental US. The role offers weekly pay, mileage pay on all miles, and detention/breakdown pay.

Home weekly for reset with 5–5.5 days out, plus a 34–48 hour reset at home. Newer equipment and the option to take the truck home during home time are available, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 401(k) match up to $2,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 has been completed.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements
