Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking a Regional Child Nutrition Program Specialist to oversee nutrition programs across designated Oklahoma counties. The role includes training, technical assistance, and ensuring compliance with USDA and state regulations.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in education or nutrition and at least three years of related experience. Occasional travel within the region is expected, with full-time, regular employment status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, nutrition, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in the administration or coordination of food and nutrition programs.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of program operations within the assigned territory and report findings.
• Provide training and technical assistance to CNP participants in the region.
• Develop and implement training curricula and support onboarding of new field staff.
