Qualifications
Required Natural Resources Insurance knowledge within a brokerage/carrier or equivalent experience.
10+ years proven experience in a leadership role within the Natural Resources industry.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L management.
Responsibilities
Defines and drives the Natural Resources growth plan.
Leads consistent execution of Global Standards.
Partners with leadership teams to develop plans and budgets.
