A leading regional center organization in San Francisco is seeking a Director – Regional Center Services. You will oversee social work activities, manage staff, and contribute to agency strategy. The ideal candidate has a Master's in social work, significant experience with the developmentally disabled, and a strong skill set in communication and leadership. Qualifications

• 10+ years post-graduate work with the developmentally disabled.
• 5+ years in supervision at a social service agency.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a Regional Center.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all Social Work activities including Lanterman Services.
• Serve on Management Advisory Committee contributing to strategy.
• Assess and approve funding requests according to policies.

Connaissances

Strong written and oral communication

Proficient with office technology and data systems

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams

Knowledge of budgeting and statutes

Strong analytical skills

Experience preparing statistical reports

Formation

Master's degree in social work or related field
