Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking CDL drivers for Southwest regional runs. Dry van freight, 100% no-touch, assigned newer equipment. Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience and verifiable activity in last 90 days.

Earn an average weekly pay of $1,250–$1,500 with CPM on all miles, be home weekly (typically 5–5.5 days out) and enjoy 34–48 hour resets. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, plus a 401(k) match.

• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days.
• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• SAP drivers welcome with step 6 complete and some experience with another carrier after completion.

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500
• CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty
• Southwest regional routes
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
• 100% no-touch freight
• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
