J Rose Logistics is a transportation provider offering expedited freight services across the continental US. Drivers operate dry van freight on Southwest regional routes and are paid per mile with home time on a weekly basis.

Competenze

• Operate dry van freight on Southwest regional routes.
• Maintain 100% no-touch freight whenever possible.
• Some live load/unload required at times.
• Home weekly for resets (5–5.5 days out).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
  
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
• SAP drivers welcome with step 6 complete and some experience with another carrier after completion

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500
• CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty
• Southwest regional routes
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
• 100% no-touch freight
• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
• Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
