Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking experienced truck drivers for Southwest regional routes. You will handle dry van freight with 100% no-touch freight, enjoy home weekly resets, and operate on a 5–5.5 days out schedule with 34–48 hour resets at home.

Expected benefits include detention and breakdown pay, a 401(k) match up to $2,000, paid vacation and holidays, and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life). We welcome drivers with solid safety records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience (May have only 1 job in the last 6 months OR 9+ months of experience with up to 2 jobs).
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days.
• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
• SAP drivers welcome with step 6 complete and some experience with another carrier after completion.

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500

-paid on ALL miles -empty and loaded

• Southwest regional routes
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
• 100% no-touch freight
• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits
