J Rose Logistics in Las Vegas is hiring experienced tractor-trailer drivers for Southwest regional runs. Dry van freight, 100% no-touch, with predictable weekly home time and resets. Average weekly pay is $1,250–$1,500 with CPM paid on all miles.

Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and up to $2,000 401(k) match. Equipment is newer (Kenworth, Freightliner, International). You may take the truck home on home time where allowed.

• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 has been completed.

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500
• CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty
• Southwest regional routes
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
• 100% no-touch freight
• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
• Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
