10-4 Logistics is currently hiring CDL school graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. We provide training, mentors, and new assigned trucks, plus competitive income and the freedom to choose a schedule for work-life balance.

After the mentor program, you’ll move to your own assigned truck with expected earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week, plus benefits from day one including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Dispatch support is available around the clock.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete mentor-led training and orientation.
• Transition to solo driving with assigned truck and Eastern regional routes.
• Operate in no-touch dry van freight with home time weekly or bi-weekly.
