Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Regional CDL Driver to support our nationwide waste management operations, transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This role includes loading, daily vehicle inspection, and delivering materials to customer sites with strict safety compliance.

You will act as a company representative, maintain DOT logging, and uphold our service standards while working with lab sites and customers across the region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (required).
• Hazmat endorsement (required).

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-vans, roll-off trailers, and dump trailers per job needs.
• Prioritize health and safety by following policies and ensuring safe practices.
• Load supplies and travel to sites to perform lab pack services.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment daily; fuel and maintain it.
• Transport waste materials to customer sites and manage hazardous/non-hazardous shipments.
• Complete paperwork for shipment of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Maintain a DOT logbook and ensure compliance.
• Represent Arcwood Environmental, LLC professionally to customers.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Regional CDL Driver

$7000 Sign on bonus available

As a Regional Driver you will be responsible for driving and operating semi-vans, roll-off trailers, and dump trailers as required.

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and consistently maintaining safe practices
• Loads supplies needed for job completion and travels to various industry, laboratory, and school sites to perform lab pack services
• Prepares for daily trip by inspecting vehicle and equipment, fueling truck, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent order
• Drives to customer sites to collect waste material and/or transport hazardous and non-hazardous material
• Completes necessary paperwork for shipment of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Follows proper placarding and load segregation requirements when transporting hazardous materials
• Maintains a logbook for Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance.
• Assists customers in troubleshooting and correcting record keeping inconsistencies and service concerns
• Acts as a Company Representative with all customers and contacts
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education

• High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
