Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a reliable Regional CDL Truck Driver to join our team. This role features a starting pay of $30/hr plus overtime, per diem for travel, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with limited overnights.

Expect to drive roll-off trucks, operate vacuum tankers, complete pre-trip inspections, and handle DOT documentation. Hazmat endorsement and Class A CDL are required, with at least 1 year of CDL experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Manual transmission experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks, trailers, and vacuum tankers for local pickups and deliveries.
• Complete pre-trip inspections, fuel equipment, and ensure all vehicles are in proper working order.
• Manage manifests, bills of lading, and all required documentation for each load.
• Verify that loads are secure, properly labeled, and compliant with DOT and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain electronic hours of service in accordance with DOT, state, and federal regulations.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to local disposal facilities.
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer site.
• Load, line, and dump roll-off boxes.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.

Regional CDL Truck Driver

Arcwood Environmental is looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Regional Truck Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy a mix of driving, hands‑on work, and consistent weekly schedules with limited overnight travel.

What You Can Expect

• Pay: Starting at $30/hr, depending on experience

• Sign on Bonus: $7,000

• Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday

• Travel: Average 2 overnights per week (per diem provided)

• Territory: Southwest VA/Upstate NY/Eastern CT/Ohio/Michigan/Indianapolis.

• Equipment: Roll‑off trucks, trailers, and vacuum tankers

• Overtime: Regular overtime available

• Transmission: Manual transmission experience required

What You’ll Do
