Job summary

Ryder is hiring for Monday–Friday regional driving positions in Minnesota. Earn $1,770+ per week with 64 CPM for 2,000+ miles weekly, plus $25.75 per stop and $50 per night per diem.

You'll have 80 hours PTO in year one and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. Start between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, operate sleeper tractors with dry van trailers, and receive paid training, uniforms, boot allowance, and a 401(k) plan with company match after one year.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire.
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test and background check.

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Earn $1,770+ per week
• Solo miles pay:64 CPM with 2,000+ miles per week
• Solo stops pay:$25.75 per stop with 15 stops per week on average
• Per diem pay: $50.00 per night with 1 - 2 nights per week
• Route: Regional
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start time: Between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM
• Deliver solo to:MN, SD, ND, NE & IL
• Tractor type: Sleeper
• Trailertype: Dry van 32', 48', 53' and sometimes reefers 48', 53'
• Equipment: Manual pallet jack & lift gates
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Endorsements: Hazmat - within 90 days of hire
• We reimburse cost and provide training support for endorsement

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
