Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for regional routes east of I-35. You’ll be assigned a 2025-2026 truck and receive 100% no-touch freight with a 48-hour reset at home each week. A mentor will guide you through up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training.

Pay starts at $0.55 per mile with detention pay after two hours, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over three months. Eligible for medical, dental, vision after 30 days and a 401(k) with 5% company match.

Qualifications

• New CDL school graduates train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks.
• Regular paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor.
• Teams handle regional routes east of I-35.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth.
• Deliver 100% no-touch freight with drop and hook when possible.
• Maintain safe operation and comply with DOT regulations.
