Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking entry-level CDL-A graduates for regional lanes east of I-35 with an assigned 2025-2026 truck and a full 48-hour reset at home every week.

New drivers undergo up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and may receive up to $6,000 to reimburse CDL school tuition. Freight is 100% no-touch, drop and hook, with detentions and layover pay, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required; clean MVR and an active DOT medical card.
• New CDL school graduates can train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks, paid.
• Drivers with 3+ months of verifiable OTR or regional experience start on the experienced route.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth with no-slip freight, drop and hook.
• Haul 100% no-touch freight on regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time.
• Follow company policies and maintain safe driving standards.
