Job summary

365 Freight USA offers recent CDL-A graduates a pathway into regional trucking with an assigned 2025-2026 truck and up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training under a dedicated mentor. You will drive 100% no-touch freight, with a weekly home reset and regional lanes east of I-35.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid over 3 months. Earn from $0.55 per mile for all miles with top drivers averaging about $92,000 annually, plus detention/payments for delays; medical, dental and vision start after 30 days,

Qualifications

• New CDL school graduates train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks, paid.
• Valid Class A CDL required, clean MVR and active DOT medical card.
• 100% no-touch freight, drop and hook.
• Regional lanes east of I-35; home weekly with a 48-hour reset.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor.
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations.
• Maintain on-time delivery while managing logs and paperwork.
