Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional truck driving assignments east of I-35. You’ll start with up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job mentoring, drive 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors, and enjoy frequent weekly home time with a 48-hour reset.

You’ll earn $0.55 per mile with detentions paid at $20/hour after two hours, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over three months. 100% no-touch freight, drop and hook, and strong support programs are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean MVR and an active DOT medical card.
• New CDL grads train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks (paid).
• Drivers with 3+ months verifiable OTR or regional experience start on the experienced route.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks.
• Run regional lanes east of I-35 with weekly home time and a 48-hour reset.
• No-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.
• Maintain safe driving practices and on-time deliveries.
