In this position you plan each day, manage paperwork, and operate a tractor-trailer to ensure timely deliveries. You’ll earn up to $110,000 in your first year with potential bonuses and the company’s driver support programs.

Qualifications

• Interstate (Class A) CDL with Hazmat endorsement (or to obtain within 120 days of hire).
• Minimum of 30 months of Class A tractor/trailer experience in last 3 years.
• No recent moving violations or serious DOT recordable incidents in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan your day and priorities with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic logs per DOT/regulatory guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and perform pre/post-trip inspections to keep equipment in top condition.
• Follow routes, obey traffic laws and local restrictions to minimize delays and improve on-time delivery.
• Uphold Walmart standards of safety, integrity and professionalism mile after mile.
